Appointments

Not sure where to begin? That’s completely okay.
At Calm Together, we know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and we’re here to make it easier. That’s why your first contact with us always with a qualified therapist—not an impersonal phone call or admin chat.

This session is a relaxed space to talk about what’s going on for you, ask any questions, and explore how therapy might help. There’s no pressure to commit—just a chance to see if it feels like the right fit.

Why an initial consultation?

At Calm Together, we believe that the therapeutic relationship starts from the very first conversation. That’s why our initial consultation session is not just an admin step — it’s your first opportunity to speak directly with a qualified therapist.

our initial consultations helps us:

  • Ensure you’re matched with the right therapist from the start.
  • Offer you immediate access to a professional, not just a form.
  • Show our commitment to providing high-quality, personalised care.
  • Encourage mutual commitment to the therapy process.

Afterwards, we’ll guide you through your options, including choosing a therapist and a price point that works for you.
