Calm is a human right – not a personality trait
Arlette Kavanagh founded CalmTogether with one clear mission: to redefine what mental health support looks like today.
After years of working with people who were doing everything “right” yet still felt stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, and exhaustion, Arlette saw a gap. While there were plenty of well-meaning services out there, too many relied on one-size-fits-all approaches that overlooked the complexity of trauma, relationships, and real life. And she had something to say about it.
Drawing on her experience as a therapist and coach, Arlette created Calm Together, a space where safety comes first, science meets soul, and healing is multidimensional. Her vision goes beyond traditional counselling. CalmTogether offers advanced therapies like EMDR, Systemic Family Therapy, Psychology, and CBT, alongside transformative group programs and complementary treatments, because wellbeing is never just one thing.

We help you build resilience through small, repeatable steps that last, anchored in evidence-based practice and delivered with empathy. Our mission is to provide specialist, trauma-informed care that goes beyond one-size-fits-all counselling.
