Psychotherapy & Counselling
Life can become loud. Responsibilities build, old wounds resurface, and suddenly you’re holding more than you ever meant to carry. At CalmTogether, therapy offers a steady place to pause, settle, and reconnect with yourself.
Our work is grounded in compassion and curiosity. You’re welcomed exactly as you are—no pressure, no expectations, no judgement. Just space to breathe and be heard.

A Space That Meets You Where You Are
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about making room for the person you already are—your resilience, your inner wisdom, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be acknowledged.
Together, we explore what’s happening in your inner world at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected, we work gently to help you find steadier ground.
How We Work
Our approach blends the depth of psychotherapy with the warmth of relational, body‑aware practice. Instead of relying on one fixed method, we draw from a range of therapeutic principles and focus on what actually supports you.
Trauma‑informed and safety‑led
Your nervous system guides the pace. You’re met with understanding, choice, and grounding from the moment you step through the door.
Holistic and embodied
We recognise that emotions show up in the body as well as the mind. Sessions may include gentle regulation skills, grounding work, and supporting your body to soften out of survival mode.
Relational and collaborative
Healing happens in connection. We build the therapeutic relationship together, with honesty, respect, and consistency.
Evidence-informed, human first
Although we don’t list individual modalities, everything we offer is rooted in recognised therapeutic knowledge, adapted to what you personally need.

What we can help with
People come to us with many different experiences. You might be:
- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or always “on alert”
- Struggling with burnout or emotional exhaustion
- Carrying trauma or unresolved experiences
- Navigating family or relationship patterns
- Feeling low, stuck, or disconnected from yourself
- Living with grief, change, or uncertainty
- Wanting to feel more grounded, confident, or emotionally steady
You don’t need to reach crisis point. Your desire for support is valid all on its own.
“You deserve the same kindness you offer to everyone else.”

“You don’t have to show up with answers. Just show up as you are, that’s enough for us to begin.”
What Sessions Feel Like
Sessions at CalmTogether are spacious, gentle, and centred around your experience. You can expect:
- A private, calm, non clinical space, where you can speak freely
- Someone who listens deeply and takes you seriously
- A grounded, steady presence you can rely on
- Tools to help soothe overwhelm and support your nervous system
- Space to explore your story without rushing
- A focus on sustainable, meaningful change—not quick fixes
Sessions last around 50–60 minutes and can be in person or online.
Walking This Path Together
Change doesn’t happen overnight. Real healing happens slowly, through safety, connection, and understanding. Some weeks will feel light; others may feel heavy. Both are part of the process, and you won’t be walking it alone.
Many clients describe therapy with us as a chance to reclaim themselves: to soften, to realign, to feel more like “me” again.
If you’re ready to begin, we’re here to meet you with warmth, steadiness, and care.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT….
Therapy isn’t the only way to feel supported. If you’re looking for space to reconnect with yourself, explore your wellbeing, or build emotional resilience at your own pace, you may find our Her Harmony community a gentler first step.
Her Harmony offers guided reflections, community connection, and supportive resources for women who want to grow, heal, and rediscover balance — without committing to one‑to‑one therapy.
